An exceptional 10.09-carat diamond ring, featuring a stunningly large marquise-cut lab-grown diamond at its center.
The diamond’s impressive dimensions, 23.43 × 11.82 millimeters, provide it with coverage almost the entire width of the finger. The long, sharp-lined marquise shape emphasizes the scale of over ten carats in a way that is difficult to capture in photographs – the impression on the hand is significantly more powerful.
The Marquise Brilliant cut combines an elongated, elegant silhouette with the lively brilliance characteristic of a brilliant cut. Generous faceting allows light to travel through the entire stone, causing its appearance to change with the viewing angle.
IGI has graded the diamond a high F color and a very high VVS2 clarity. The polish and symmetry of the stone are Excellent, and it has no fluorescence. The diamond has been grown using the CVD method and classified as a Type IIa diamond.
The bright diamond is surrounded by a substantial 14-karat yellow gold setting. An open and architectural structure follows the sharp lines of the marquise stone, leaves the diamond visible from the side, and balances its exceptional scale. A six-prong setting protects both delicate tips of the long stone and keeps it firmly centered on the ring.
The six-gram setting gives the piece a solid and convincing feel. This is not a subtle version of a classic solitaire, but a deliberately striking statement ring for someone who isn't looking for the ordinary.
The edge of the main stone is laser-inscribed with an IGI report number, which allows the diamond to be identified with the included original IGI report.
