Are the pieces of jewelry authentic and inspected?
Yes. Every piece of VonKajander jewelry is inspected before being selected for sale. In the product details, we transparently disclose the jewelry's materials, gemstone information, condition, and any available certificates. A certified diamond is accompanied by its corresponding original report.
Are the diamonds natural or lab-grown?
Our selection includes both natural diamonds and lab-grown diamonds. The origin of the diamond is always clearly stated in the product information – with us, the customer never has to guess what they are buying.
Can the ring size be adjusted?
Most rings can be resized by a goldsmith. The possibility depends on the ring's design, material, and the extent of the adjustment needed. If you are unsure about the correct size, we are happy to assist you before you place your order.
How is the jewelry delivered and can it be returned?
We deliver orders free of charge and insured throughout Finland. The jewelry can also be picked up from Kouvola by appointment. Online purchases have a right of return in accordance with our terms of delivery, and every order is carefully packed for a safe journey.
